REGULAR DELIVERY TIME HOURS
Weekdays: 10am - 7pm
Weekends: 11am - 5pm

There is a form to be filled out after adding an item to the cart to input all the information needed for the delivery. If there is any other additional information or requests such as color patterns for the arrangements, there is a spot on the form to fill out or contact us by email and we will do our best to tend to the requests.
We do not deliver on Statutory Holidays. Unofficial holidays go by weekend hours but are subject to change. It is advised to have deliveries made before or after any holidays as our holiday hours may change.
SAME DAY ORDERS
We do not keep completed arrangements in stock as they are assembled after we receive the order to guarantee we deliver the arrangement in the best condition possible.We typically do not deliver orders on the same day but we do understand that there are situations that are urgent and we will do our best to assist you. Please email us as soon as possible for same day deliveries as we do need time to fulfill them.
CHANGES OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Changes and cancellations of orders may be done any time prior before the product has been shipped or delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any returns or exchanges may be done on the same day you have retrieved the product. Any returns or exchanges after will be considered on a case to case basis.
